A pan-African Workshop is usually held in Cape Town each year. Disciplines covered include Urology, Laparoscopy and Endourology. Where possible, MTT organises a visit to another African country prior to this workshop, so that Mr Graham Watson can attend as a visiting doctor and/or speaker. Although travel has not been possible since the pandemic commenced, his attendance has still been maintained virtually.
Over the years, various items of equipment have been donated to South African hospitals to encourage the move away from invasive surgery.
